TERM OF SERVICE
By ordering commission(s) from me, you agree to these terms of service.
1. Personal Use Commissions
Your rights and responsibilities:
- You can post on social medias and use the commissioned drawing for personal use.- If you want to print the commissioned drawing in small quantity with no intention of using the drawing in your business or make profits, you must inform me.- You can not use my artwork(s), whether commissioned or not, for AI training or put my artwork(s) into AI generative programs, AI generative websites or AI generative models.My rights and responsibilities:
- I can post and use the commissioned drawing for personal use (like posting the drawings on forums, social medias, my portfolio and websites; the drawings can be used as Commissions Samples for when I open commissions)
YOU AND I CAN NOT
- use the commissioned drawing(s) for any business practices or commercial use.- print the commissioned drawing(s) and sell them for profits.- sell the commissioned drawing file(s).
YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO
compensate me 5 times the original price of the commissioned drawing(s), if you violate these terms of service.
2. Commercial Use Commissions
Your rights and responsibilities:
- You can post on social medias and use the commissioned drawing for commercial use(s) that is agreed upon discussions and agreement with me.- You can not use my artwork(s), whether commissioned or not, for AI training or put my artwork(s) into AI generative programs, AI generative websites or AI generative models.My rights and responsibilities:
- I can post and use the commissioned drawing for personal use (like posting the drawings on forums, social medias, my portfolio and websites; the drawings can be used as Commissions Samples for when I open commissions)
YOU AND I CAN NOT
- use the commissioned drawing(s) for any business practices or commercial use(s) that is not mentioned, discussed or agreed by both the artist and the buyer.- sell the commissioned drawing file(s) unless we have agreed otherwise.
YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO
compensate me 5 times the original price of the commissioned drawing(s), if you violate these terms of service.
3. Important notes
- Time taken to finish a commissioned drawing is approximately 2 to 4 weeks (may vary depending on the complexity of the commission(s))
- Prices may vary depending on complexity of the commission(s)
- You can not use my artwork(s), whether commissioned or not, for AI training or put my artwork(s) into AI generative programs, AI generative websites or AI generative models.
YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO
compensate me 5 times the original value of the drawing(s), if you violate these terms of service.
-I DO NOT ALLOW MY ARTWORK(S) TO BE USED FOR AI TRAINING.
-I DO NOT ALLOW MY ARTWORK(S) TO BE PUT INTO AI generative programs, AI generative websites, AI generative models or tools.
